Présentation
Elle dirige depuis 2015 l’équipe de Morphogenèse du Coeur, affiliée conjointement à l’Institut Pasteur et à l’Institut Imagine. Formée à l’Ecole Normale Supérieure, elle se passionne pour la biologie du développement au cours de sa thèse, soutenue en 2003 à l’Institut Pasteur sous la direction de M. Buckingham, et au cours de son post-doctorat au Gurdon Institute de Cambridge (Grande-Bretagne) subventionné par les programmes européens Marie Curie et EMBO. Elle a été recrutée par l’INSERM en 2006. Lauréate du programme Jeunes Chercheuses et Jeunes Chercheurs de l’ANR en 2012, elle crée un groupe de recherche à l’Institut Pasteur. Désormais située sur le campus de l’hôpital Necker-Enfants Malades, son équipe fait partie du réseau «ICaRP cardiologie», qu’elle coordonne pour promouvoir les interactions entre des expertises multi-disciplinaires en recherche fondamentale et en clinique. Elle exerce en outre une activité d’enseignement universitaire, forme à la recherche des étudiants biologistes, ingénieurs ou médecins. Elle intervient auprès des enfants, collabore avec des artistes, pour sensibiliser différents publics à la science et à la méthode scientifique.
