Késia Dethelot Delag is a PhD student in artificial intelligence and genetics. She has a master degree in Bioinformatics and modelling at Sorbonne University. She is driven by a deep passion for genetics and a strong interest in understanding the mechanisms underlying diseases.
Projet scientifique
Her research focuses on the functional impact of Copy Number Variants (CNVs) in human pathologies. More precisely, she is developing bioinformatics tools in order to improve rare-disease diagnosis and patient stratification in a multi-site clinical setting. She uses machine learning and federated learning methods to implement a pathogenecity scoring of CNVs.
