Donations allow the Imagine Institute to maintain the excellence of its research in order to accelerate discoveries for the benefit of sick children and to face modern health challenges. In this respect, some of our researchers are still strongly involved in COVID, because of its links with the genetic diseases in which they are specialists.

Since October 1st, a decree published in the Journal Officiel stipulates that banking establishments must offer holders of a Livret de Développement Durable et Solidaire (LDDS and ex-CODEVI) the possibility of allocating part of the capital or interest of their livret to one or more companies of the social and solidarity economy.

As a Scientific Cooperation Foundation, the Imagine Institute is eligible to benefit from this type of donation. The choice of possible beneficiaries is left to the discretion of the banking institutions, which are obliged to offer their clients a list of at least 10 organizations.

Some banks, such as Neuflize OBC or Caixa Geral de Depositos, have chosen Institut Imagine as a beneficiary. We would like to thank them warmly.

The list of beneficiaries may be updated each year. As such, if you have an LDDS and you wish to support Imagine, do not hesitate to speak with your bank.

If you wish to obtain more information on donations to the Imagine Institute, Julien Lamy is at your disposal to advise you. You can contact him directly at 01 42 75 44 67 or julien.lamy@institutimagine.org.

The LDDS (formerly CODEVI, then Livret de Développement Durable) is a regulated savings account currently offered by most banks. The purpose of this savings account is to finance small and medium-sized companies as well as the social and solidarity economy.
