As you probably know, when a company subject to tax in France makes a donation to a public interest organization, it benefits from a reduction in corporate tax or income tax. Before 2019, this tax reduction, equal to 60%, was possible within the limit of 0.5% of the company's turnover. Therefore, a company with a turnover of € 300,000 could donate an Imagine only up to the amount of € 1,500 to receive a tax reduction.

Fortunately, since January 1, 2019, small businesses can make a stronger commitment to the causes that are dear to them and thus have a real impact! Indeed, Article 148 of the 2019 Finance Act created an alternative cap of €10,000 that applies to payments made during fiscal years ending on or after December 31, 2019.

Thus, from now on, all small businesses can give up to €10,000 regardless of their turnover. And €10,000 is changing the lives of 10 families by making possible the genetic analysis of 10 children at Imagine.

Are you an Imagine donor? You own a small business and wish to commit it to us, don't hesitate!
